We do not have full retail hours and so request if you plan to stop in, please call ahead and arrange a time so we can assure someone will be there to meet you.
Return/Refunds
Refunds will be issued for products ordered in error. Special order items that are specific to customer requests are non-returnable. All products must be in new/unused condition. It is our goal that every customer becomes a life-long customer and we will do our utmost to ensure satisfaction with your Insite Arms Product.
All deposits on work and custom orders are non-refundable, however, we will work to find solutions under reasonable circumstances when possible.
Payment
All products & projects require full payment within 14 days of project completion.
Full payment must be made prior to shipment or delivery.
Unpaid & completed orders, projects, custom rifles & optics are subject to a financing charge of 2% per month or 0.067% per day on any unpaid balance. We are not a ‘bank,” we cannot keep unpaid rifles and optics & gear for several months on lay away.
Certain wholesale or dealer accounts have payment terms of Net 30 days.
On orders for custom projects over $1000 we charge a service fee of 2.1% for payments made by credit card.

How we ship:
We will ship Canadian orders via Canada Post unless prior arrangements have been made by contacting our office.
We do ship internationally for some products. If you are unsure what product can be shipped internationally, please contact us.
It is the customers responsibility to know the local laws & regulations for importing products into your country.
