The OBi Link System Anywhere Post is a versatile gear attachment solution. As the name suggests, it can be attached virtually anywhere, using either a bolt or a threaded stud. Once fixed, the Anywhere Post can be connected to any of the Locks in the OBi lineup (Clamp Lock, Slide Lock, or Camera Lock), offering a broad range of uses.
Attaching the Anywhere Post is easy. One way is to use it with any webbing or fabric. Simply use a Phillips screwdriver to push a small hole through the material, then apply the included screws and flange washer to compress the fabric or webbing. Just like that, it’s ready to use.
Alternatively, you can use an existing hole or drill a new one. Then, just like before, use the included screws and flange washer to bolt the Anywhere Post to your gear.
A third option is to thread the Anywhere Post into a 10-32 threaded hole, or you can drill and tap a 10-32 hole in whatever gear you want to attach it to.
