Barrel Tuners have solidified their place in the Benchrest and F-Class disciplines. Tuners are now being recognized as a valuable tool in when group size has potential for improvement especially when the shooter is limited to Factory Ammunition or a specific load or bullet selection.

The Insite Tuner will work with any of the 1.125″, 0.995″ & 0.885″ Heathen Brakes, without tools or gunsmith modification. The tuner does not touch the barrel or the brake body – only the lock collar/nut. The Tuner is supplied with a replacement “outside-threaded” locking collar / jam-nut for the muzzle brake. The set screws engage only a flat portion of the collar. Our design allows proper position of the crown flush with the rear wall of the first port. This avoids accuracy degrading turbulence which occur when shrouding the crown in a “tunnel” before gasses can discharge from the first port. The tuner can be removed and the Heathen brake run alone in just seconds if the Insite Tuner is not needed or required. The Heathen locking collar requires no tools – hand tight is nearly always sufficient especially on most custom rifles with true threads and square shoulders.

Each bullet is individually turned on high precision lathes and measured to ensure the utmost in consistency. These projectiles are not bulk washed/tumbled or other bulk-method processed to ensure that the sleek profiles are not damaged after machining is completed.

Test packages of 50ct bullets are available however the best pricing of course comes with larger volumes. Volumes of 250pcs or more will be filled in bulk packages not in 50ct boxes.

7mm Seneca 151 requires a 1:9tw barrel, additional performance towards Mach Transition is improved with a 1:8tw or faster. Areas with low DA (0 or negative DA) during cooler months should use a 1:8.5tw for the 151 Seneca. We cannot accept returns of projectiles due to liability reasons.

Weight-tunable MCS Arca rail system comes standard in aluminum with two 1.8 ounce weights. Rail is designed for weight to be moved front to back to achieve perfect balance. The TCS Arca rail will hold a maximum of 8 weights which allows for a maximum total of 2lbs 2ounces to be added to the fore end of the stock. The PRS-TCS Arca rail comes standard with 2 weights — additional weights may be purchased in sets of 2 from our web store.

Weight Tunable 2-Way Adjustable Butt System

Comes standard with 1 10-oz balance weight. The base system without the balance weight adds about 18 oz to the stock, depending on Length of Pull. Peterson Cartridge Co. of Pittsburgh, PA today announced the addition of .300 Norma Magnum to its growing family of rifle casing calibers.

When Peterson Cartridge set out to produce .300 Norma Magnum casings (which it recently introduced) it also added .338 Norma Magnum to the Tooling Development schedule. The .338s are now available, and initial test results are excellent.

According to Derek Peterson, president of Peterson Cartridge, “Our development goal for both of the Norma Magnum calibers was to produce casings that outperform the competitor’s product … and we did it. We make our Norma Magnums with a harder head. Our casings tolerate higher pressure. And you’ll get more reloads from Peterson casings.”

When Peterson produces a casing in a new caliber for the first time, it performs an extensive list of Quality Assurance tests and trials before making it available for sale. One of those trials involves the following:
- Load 5 cases at certain percent above Max pressure and fire each five times.
- Take 3 of those casings, increase the pressure, and fire each, five more times.
- Take one of those casings, increase the pressure again, and fire that casing 10 more times.
After running this protocol on the new .300 Norma Magnums Peterson’s ballistician reported the following:
- Standard Deviation on muzzle velocity was single digit.
- There was no detectable heavy-bolt-lift, sticking in the rifle, primer gas leaks, blown primers, cracked necks or bodies, or case-head-separation signs throughout testing.
- Primer pocket removal force showed only very minor reduction due to pockets opening up.
After firing the last case 20 times, at above recommended powder levels, the case appeared the same as it did after the third firing. The ballistician concluded, “These cases were found to be strong, durable, well-made cases that should satisfy the most discriminating shooter.”

To summarize, most, if not all, throw lever clamps will work with our Comp Side Rails. Most Knob/Thumb Wheel Type Clamps will not function properly.

The BT70 Atlas M-LOK® Adapter is an interface between all Atlas Bipods with the “NC” designator in their names (BT10-NC, BT46-NC, BT47-NC, BT35-NC, BT65-NC, BT69-NC, BT72-NC) and M-LOK style mounting systems. It requires two (2) M-LOK standard sized slots for mounting.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and Type III hard coat anodized and comes with two 3/8 fasteners and two M-LOK nuts. Available in black only.

Redding – Heat-Treated Steel Neck Sizing Bushing

Redding Neck Sizing Bushings are available in two styles. Both share the same external dimensions (1/2” O.D. X 3/8” long) and freely interchange in all Redding Bushing style Neck Sizing Dies. They are available in .001” size increments throughout the range of 185” thru .368”, Covering all calibers from .17 to .338 and clearly marked with size I.D. By selecting the correct bushing, you are now able to provide just the right amount of neck tension to properly hold the bullet without excessive resizing. The sizing diameters are hand-polished with a surface hardness of Rc 60-62 to reduce sizing effort.

Polymer MDT AICS External Box Magazines for MDT Chassis systems. Also works in many other M24 type chassis and bottom metals.

DETAILS

MDT Detachable AICS box magazines are designed to fit the MDT TAC21, ACC, ESS, LSS-XL, XRS and LSS Chassis systems, as well as many other M24 type chassis and bottom metals. Manufactured from high quality Polymer and uses a tempered steel spring.

We put our magazines through vigorous testing. We have used high quality strength polymer with a high glass content to ensure durability and strength. Although not unbreakable, we have driven over these magazines with cars and trucks which did not break them.

COMPATIBILITY

MDT AICS magazines are guaranteed to work in our XRS, TAC21, LSS, LSS-XL, HS3, ESS and ACC chassis systems.

They do not work with the following inlets; Browning X-bolt, Winchester XPC and may require fitting in Winchester Model 70. Based on customer feedback, the following systems work well with our magazines, but fitting may be required in some cases.
